We are looking for an Immigration Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our fast-paced legal operations team. We are seeking a meticulous, solution-oriented individual with a strong background in legal writing, specifically for O-1 and EB-1 visas. This person will be crucial in helping us manage a high volume of immigration cases, leveraging our AI-powered platform to streamline the preparation process. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of helping talented foreign nationals build the future in the United States.

What will you be doing?

• Preparing high-volume, writing-intensive visa cases, primarily O-1 and EB-1, using our proprietary AI platform.
• Conducting detailed quality checks on all documents and evidence to ensure petitions are flawless before attorney review.
• Interfacing with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to identify platform issues and propose tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
• Managing the end-to-end petition process, from organizing client documents to ensuring the final 300-1500 page submission is perfectly assembled.
• Acting as a subject matter expert and copy editor, ensuring all legal writing meets the highest standards for quality and accuracy.

Role responsibilities: 

Draft and compile employment-based visa petitions 

Work with a lean team to optimize tech-led legal services

Contribute to the automation of legal document preparation processes
