Position: Junior Corporate/M&A Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Corporate/M&A Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of corporate and M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing agreements, and conducting legal research.

- Collaborate with clients and other legal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of transactions.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A matters.

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide the best legal advice to clients.

- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the New York State Bar.

- 1-2 years of experience in corporate and M&A transactions, preferably at a reputable law firm.

- Strong understanding of corporate law and M&A processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
