Purpose Led Not for Profit organisation requires a Finance Manager, reporting to the board, to oversee the Accounts department, maintain financial records and provide sound financial reporting in a high volume, complex environment. This is a 4 day a week role with 2 days based in the Parramatta office.

The Role

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Taxation - Process Monthly Payroll Tax, PAYG and BAS, annual FBT return (prepare for external Accountant)
• Budget monitoring
• Financial Reporting
• General Bookkeeping
• Managing 1 team member (Payroll and Credit Control)

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping
• 5 years previous commercial experience
• Strong Financial Reporting experience required
• Solid financial analytics experience and the ability to impact profitability
• Previous experience with Taxation, eg Payroll Tax, BAS and FBT
• Previous experience in MYOB would be preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment - organised and detail oriented
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
