Senior Project Manager - Mortgages - Decommissioning, Data Migration, CRM

 Job Description:

Mortgage Franchising business requires a Senior Agile Project Manager to scope and manage this system decommissioning, data migration and CRM implementation program.

The role

  • 12 - 24 Month Daily Rate Contract
  • Daily Rate Contract
  • Influential, critical role
  • $3.5Mil project budget per year
  • Sydney Based - Hybrid role

Responsibilities

  • Define Scope of discovery component through to completion of new CRM implementation and go live
  • Delivery of a key piece of work around the decommissioning of 4 big systems
  • Managing the stream that will take functionality, features and workflows from current systems to map to the new CRM
  • Overseeing the cut over to the new system
  • Data migration and mapping the functionality and features to the new system.
  • Go Live of new CRM

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Project Manager within a medium sized financial services organisation, preferably mortgage broking
  • You will have experience in a system decommissioning project, data migration and CRM implementation.
  • Strong experience in Agile - backlog grooming, sprints, retrospectives etc
  • Outstanding organisational skills - managing multiple streams and competing priorities
  • JIRA experience essential
  • You will have a successful track record of driving people to make decisions and get results.
