Head of People and Culture
Job Description:
Dynamic, high growth Property Management business combining Travel and Technology requires a Head of People and Culture to be part of the leadership team reporting to the CEO.
This is a newly created role and requires someone with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to think strategically in addition to doing hands-on, tactical tasks.
The Role
- Lead the performance review process across the business to build on a strong culture of regular feedback and clear deliverables.
- Assist in setting and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with organisational goals.
- Implement and champion People and Culture best practices across the business and contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive organisational culture across multiple locations in Australia and contractors based overseas.
- Support the P&C team to gather employee feedback, that can be prioritised and actioned by the business to keep improving the employee experience.
- Review and own employment agreements ensuring compliance with key industry awards, laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on People and Culture matters and work closely with other members of the leadership team to resolve HR-related matters.
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop relevant programs.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between P&C initiatives and organisational objectives.
- Act as the Advisor to the executive and leadership team on all People and Culture and HR matters.

Salary Package:
AU$ 150,000.00 - 175,000.00 (Australian Dollar)
