Reporting to the CEO, this senior People & Culture role will help define and deliver the people and culture strategy and lead the team in all things related to people, culture, recruitment and Human Resources.

A Senior People & Culture Manager who not only knows HR and People & Culture inside and out - but who genuinely loves Australia, understands the heartbeat of regional industries, and believes in the power of people to shape the future of agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Be a Trusted Advisor Guide senior leaders with expert advice on employment law, workplace culture, and people-focused risk management.
- Shape Our People Strategy Lead the delivery of our People & Culture strategy that aligns with our strategy, purpose and values.
- Keep Us Compliant Ensure our policies and practices are always up-to-date, relevant, and communicated.
- Manage ER/IR matters with confidence, care, and compliance under the Fair Work Act 2009.
- Attract and Grow Talent Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to build a team that's as committed as you are.
- Foster Culture & Engagement Lead with heart and ensure our culture stays connected, inclusive, and energised whether on the farm, in the office, or out in the field.
- Grow Organisational Capability Develop learning and development programs that build skills and confidence from paddock to office.
- Drive Reward & Recognition Oversee competitive remuneration strategies and meaningful recognition programs that reflect our values.
- Support Change & Growth Guide the business through change processes with transparency and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate
- A degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field
- Extensive experience in senior People & Culture roles, ideally with exposure to agriculture, regional industries, or manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations.
- Confidence managing ER/IR issues and navigating complex people challenges
- Brilliant communication skills you can relate to our station managers and CEO alike
- Proven leadership of high-performing, values-driven teams
- A passion for continuous improvement
