Helpdesk Support Analyst, Hybrid role - Northern Beaches

 Job Description:

Managed Services and IT outsourcing provider requires a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join a fun, collaborative and supportive team.

The role

  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk support to a variety of clients across a range of industries.
  • Using ticketing system Connectwise to resolve support requests
  • Troubleshooting within Windows, MS Active Directory and MS Office 365 environments
Ideal Candidate
  • Passionate about working within a varied Technology environment 
  • 1 - 2 years Helpdesk support experience
  • Industry Certs - MVP or CCNA would be highly desirable
  • Any previous experience within Cloud - AWS or Azure would be a plus
