Talent Acquisition Manager

 Job Description:

International sustainable technology construction company is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to help with their ambitious growth plan.

The role

  • Hire talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner
  • Design and promote diverse & inclusive hiring practices
  • Build brand awareness
  • Cultural development.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop an agile workforce plan, including advise on team structure and growth plans.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews, reference checking and offer management for  project and permanent role.
  • Represent the company at various industry networking event to build awareness and relationships.
  • Influence a positive culture and improve business performance.
  • Other HR matters including regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years within recruitment or talent acquisition across a board range of roles.
  • Prior experience in a growth/startup environment is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days within the office in Sydney CBD.
