Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating marketing projects, supporting marketing initiatives, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, deliverables, and cross-functional communication to support marketing and leasing initiatives.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, community events, show home activations, and partner events.
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency.
- Create and edit marketing content, including email communications, website content, and social media posts.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Perform regular community visits to track market activity, signage, pricing, and product offerings.
- Coordinate with builders, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Assist with presentations, reporting, project tracking, and general administrative support for the Sales & Marketing team.
Role Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination, marketing, communications, real estate, development, or a related industry is considered an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is considered an asset.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for regular community and site visits.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
Compensation
A comprehensive compensation plan will accompany the successful candidate including a comprehensive benefit plan. Starting salary range is based on experience and qualifications.
