As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving conversion rates, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting day-to-day boutique operations. Role Responsibilities 

• Lead by example on the sales floor to drive daily and weekly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
• Support training and coaching of team members to ensure consistent customer engagement and upselling.
• Assist in visual merchandising, store organization, and maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to management.
• Collaborate with the boutique owner to plan promotions, events, and community outreach.

• Foster a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture.

• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience by understanding client needs and offering personalized service.

Role Requirements

• Proven sales experience in any industry (retail, hospitality, automotive, etc.) with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of current style trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• High level of initiative, with the ability to think creatively to solve problems and improve performance.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic technology.
• Previous retail or boutique experience is an asset, but not required.
