The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting projects, including new and upcoming technologies while interacting with a diverse client base. Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Civil Engineers and Senior Design and Drafting Technicians to develop accurate technical drawings and schematics
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements
• Willingness to work on a variety of civil engineering related projects
• Utilize drafting standards and best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency in drawings
• Assist in the creation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Perform quality control checks on drawings to identify any errors or discrepancies
• Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings and revisions
• Stay relevant with new legislations, best practice, standards and regulations

Role Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution (i.e., C.E.T, Arch Tech, BASc., Civil Engineering, etc.)
• Proficiency in CAD software considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of drafting principles, techniques, and standards
• Experience with NavisWorks, Civil 3D, or other related software
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and translate them into accurate technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients

Compensation

A comprehensive compensation plan will accompany the successful candidate, with an annual salary range of 60-70K based upon individual experience, education, and skillset. Benefit premiums are covered with opportunity for performance bonuses and other perks.
