Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed store revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service by ensuring the team consistently delivers a superior shopping experience.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising, to optimize product availability and presentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Lead or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets in a competitive retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a retail setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
