With three locations across the Edmonton area and a strong reputation built on exceptional client experiences, they are seeking a Store Supervisor to help lead their Sherwood Park location.
Reporting to the Owner, the Store Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring financial targets are met alongside smooth daily store operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the team, providing coaching, clear communication, and a positive example that reflects the company's core values of Respect, Openness, Consistency, Compassion, and Support. This is a high-volume environment with 30 to 45 clients walking through the door daily, you will need to thrive in that pace, not just survive it.

You are energetic, confident, and direct, comfortable enforcing policies and having difficult conversations. You are organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a genuine passion for sales, team development, and creating an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the store as if it were your own, from retail presentation to daily operations, nothing slips through the cracks.
Drive year-over-year store growth by meeting or exceeding performance targets for rebooking, retention, membership sales, and product sales.
Review weekly sales reports and KPI benchmarks, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to support team performance.
Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure each treatment room is clean, stocked, and ready.
Maintain compliance with AHS, OHS, and internal health, safety, and hygiene standards across the store.
Oversee the company's client management system (Zenoti), including managing memberships, maintaining the client database, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing daily bookings.
Ensure tips and product commissions are correctly assigned to team members.
Perform staff scheduling, track hours, manage vacation and leave requests, and submit timesheets and invoices for bookkeeping.
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and oversee training programs to ensure performance milestones are met.
Administer performance management reviews, provide coaching and disciplinary actions in consultation with the HR Specialist, and hold regular staff meetings.
Respond to client complaints within 24 hours and ensure all front-of-house service and brand presentation standards are met or exceeded.
Support in-store marketing, promotional campaigns, and participation in networking and trade show events.
Step in to manage full store operations during the owner's absence.
Key Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience is required.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in retail, fitness, hospitality, or a similar high-volume, customer-facing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use basic formulas, and read and interpret data.
Strong written communication skills, including professional grammar, spelling, punctuation, and email etiquette.

Confident, direct, and assertive. Comfortable enforcing policies and having tough conversations when needed.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with 30 to 45 daily clients and back-to-back appointments.
Comfortable with technology, including client management systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
Ability to reliably commute to Sherwood Park, AB T8A 5W9.
Valid driver's license is required.
The following experience is considered a strong asset:
Experience with Zenoti or similar client management and booking platforms.
Experience with inventory management and vendor coordination.
A genuine interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry and personal presentation.
Background in the fitness, wellness, or personal services industry.
Experience with payroll administration and staff scheduling.
Familiarity with Jazz HR or similar recruiting software.
Schedule & Working Conditions:
Full-time, permanent, in-store.
Tuesday to Saturday - 8am-4pm
Occasional trade shows, networking events, or marketing events may fall outside regular hours.
