About the job Demand Generation Specialist
About Loop
Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.
We are scaling rapidly, driven by a strong product and exceptional merchant experience. We achieved ~3x growth in 2024, followed by nearly 3x growth again in 2025. Looking ahead, we are building the team and foundation to drive another 2x growth in 2026 as we accelerate toward our $50M goal.
About the Role
You will be a core execution engine in Loop's demand generation function — running campaigns, owning channels, and building the pipeline that fuels sales. You own the user journey within your channels: from the first ad impression through to the landing page, the lead, and the handoff to the SDR team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email end-to-end
Own lead generation targets; track and report on MQLs, SQLs, and cost-per-MQL weekly
Own the funnel within your channels: ad impression landing page lead MQL SQL; every stage is your responsibility
ABM play: maintain a steady drumbeat of touches with ads, content, and other outreach across every target account, so no account goes cold and awareness compounds into intent
Build, A/B test, and optimise landing pages for your campaigns; track conversion at every step, not just at the top
Build and manage Salesforce/ HubSpot nurture sequences; own lead scoring, segmentation, and list hygiene
Run a regular feedback loop with the SDR team on lead quality; bring data-backed fixes, not just observations
Use AI agents and LLM-driven workflows to scale programs, personalise at volume, and move faster
Ideal Profile
1-3 years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; experience running campaigns end-to-end
Hands-on experience building and optimising landing pages and conversion flows
Proven ability to hit monthly pipeline or lead targets consistently; takes ownership of numbers, not just tasks
