Project Leader

Job Responsibilities:

1. responsible for advancing the full project lifecycle management and being accountable for delivery results;

2. responsible for handling issues in the daily operation of the team, providing program recommendations and decision guidance to the project, and continuously improving project management;

3. responsible for driving the optimization and implementation of cross-team communication mechanisms;

4. skilled in writing BRD, interaction design, and independent research-development-result follow-up

5. Deeply understand the product workflow, deep understanding of user requirements, collect and collate feedback, according to the product planning, decomposition objectives, and continuously optimize the product to improve user experience

6. ensure the quality of product launch, control the product experience, and follow up on the user feedback and data indicators after the product launch, and continuously

analysis, summary and optimization;

7. deeply involved in business, collect operation, product, customer service and other related business needs, sort out a clear business process, form product solutions.

Job Requirements:
1. good logical thinking skills, clear product design ideas
2. good communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English, and a high degree of responsibility
3. strong learning ability, able to withstand certain work pressure
4. responsible, with good stress tolerance and self-emotional management skills;
5. have some time management, resource management and planning skills
6. the ability to think independently and take the initiative to solve problems
7. have a basic knowledge of project management theory
8. 2+ years of experience in product development project management and ability to communicate closely with product managers;
9. complete full lifecycle mobile/APP project management experience is preferred;
10. Ability to use Axure RP, Visio, MindManager and other common tools
