Job Description

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
  2. Proactively generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, customer visits, referrals, and other business development activities.
  3. Promote and sell the company's freight forwarding and logistics services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Cross-Border Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Value-Added Services.
  4. Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and service agreements, and successfully close sales opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to support long-term business growth.
  6. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and other related departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  7. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  8. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  9. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, NVOCC, or a related industry.
  3. Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition.
  4. Good understanding of international freight forwarding services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Import/Export procedures.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong hunter mindset.
  7. Professional appearance and a positive personality.
  8. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
  9. Own transportation and a valid driving license will be an advantage.
