About the job (Logman) Sales Executive - Freight Forwarder (Officer to Manager)
Job Descriptions:
- Approach, visit and engage with new clients to propose logistics services.
- Manage existing clients and foster customer relationships
- Respond and support sales inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for order closing.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure positive customer experience
- To handle the overall customer satisfaction of newly acquired customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline.
- 1-5 year's experience as sales in Freight Forwarder
- Fair to Good command of English with MS Office Applications.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines.
