About the job (Logman) Sales Overseas Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion and Client Acquisition

  • Identify and reach out to potential overseas customers.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to expand business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new international clients.

2. Sales and Consultation for Logistics Services

  • Present and promote logistics services, including sea freight, air freight, and cross-border transportation.
  • Prepare and provide quotations and pricing to overseas clients.
  • Advise clients on import-export procedures, documentation, and regulations.

3. Negotiation and Customer Relationship Management

  • Communicate and negotiate with clients, freight forwarders, and business partners.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
  • Follow up on shipments and customer feedback to maintain high service standards.

4. Reporting and Market Analysis

  • Prepare sales reports, customer analysis, and market insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

5. Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Update shipping schedules and customer information across relevant departments.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Overseas Sales / Export Sales / Freight Forwarding / Logistics (Fresh graduates with strong sales and communication skills are welcome).
Language Skills:

  • Proficient in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) (TOEIC 650+ preferred).
  • Additional language proficiency (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is a plus.
    Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems or logistics management software is an advantage.
    Other Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
