(Boxman) CS shipping

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery status and inquiries
• Track and update shipment progress
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery notes and invoices
• Liaise with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments
• Handle delivery issues (e.g., missing, damaged, or incorrect items)
• Record and maintain accurate shipping data in the system

Qualifications:

• Vocational Certificate (or higher) in a related field
• Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
