About the job (Logman) Sales Support (Chinese Speaking)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support (Chinese Speaking) to join our Overseas Department at Logman Group. This role will support our sales team in handling communication with Chinese-speaking clients and agents, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth operations in international freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and overseas agents.

Support sales executives by preparing quotations, presentations, and necessary documents.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, accounting) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Translate and interpret documents or conversations from Chinese to English/Thai and vice versa.

Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients and overseas agents.

Maintain client and shipment records in the system.

Assist in resolving any issues related to shipping, billing, or service inquiries.

Prepare regular sales reports and other related documents as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.

Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) speaking, reading, and writing.

Good command of English and/or Thai.

Previous experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
