About the job (Logman) Human Resources Officer
In this role, you will directly support the Gruop HR Manager and be involved in all HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and more. Youll work closely with executive leaders and business units across our group of companies, giving you the opportunity to act as a true HR Business Partner (HRBP) early in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Conduct investigations as needed and prepare documentation.
- Welfare and Benefits: Administer various employee benefits programs and wellness benefits. Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with benefits inquiries.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinate monthly payroll operations using HumanOS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- HR Administration: Maintain HR records and employee files. Prepare reports and provide metrics on HR activities and initiatives. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 1 year of HR experience (Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
- Familiarity with digital tools, HR systems, and modern work platforms (Microsoft365, Excel, Canvas etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, flexible, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and modern mindset
- Open to working with fast-paced, tech-savvy leaders who value innovation and forward-thinking
