(Logman) Business Development Executive / MD's Project Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and forward-thinking individual to work closely with the Managing Director (MD) on strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and special projects.

This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, thinks strategically, takes initiative, and turns ideas into action. You will gain direct exposure to executive decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the MD in planning and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Research market trends, analyze business opportunities, and identify potential growth areas.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in business development, project management, strategy, or a startup environment is an advantage.
