Our client is a leading global Logistics Solutions provider, They seek a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement in the DG / Petro Chemical sector. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and improving customer retention to position the company as a market leader in Oman. The successful candidate will possess above-average analytical skills and solid experience utilising analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand business reach in the DG / PetroChem industry.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share in Oman.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client feedback and adjust strategies to improve retention rates.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dangerous Goods / Petro Chemical logistics and supply chain industry in Oman.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
