Our client is a leading global Logistics Solutions provider, They seek a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement in the DG / Petro Chemical sector. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and improving customer retention to position the company as a market leader in Oman. The successful candidate will possess above-average analytical skills and solid experience utilising analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand business reach in the DG / PetroChem industry.
- Develop strategic partnerships and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share in Oman.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Monitor client feedback and adjust strategies to improve retention rates.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide data-driven insights to refine marketing and sales approaches.
- Drive lead generation efforts and oversee sales execution.

- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Dangerous Goods / Petro Chemical logistics and supply chain industry in Oman.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and sales automation.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset.
