Our client is a global leader in construction industry software development and is seeking a UAE or KSA based motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients, playing a critical role in expanding their business. As the first point of contact for the sales team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and driving interest in their award-winning project management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain connections with construction industry prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to spark interest in their products / services.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency with HubSpot and other key sales technologies to manage prospects, develop new opportunities, and track performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, ensuring lead quality and quantity, while providing detailed reporting on campaign outcomes.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and identifying their pain points.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly or quarterly targets related to pipeline development, conversion rates, and closed opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for accurate forecasting, data analysis, and pipeline management. Regularly update sales systems with all interactions.
  • Engage in follow-up calls or virtual meetings with qualified prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to share feedback, refine pitches, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Seek opportunities to improve sales processes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance team performance.
  • Assist in the initial stages of client onboarding, ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to account management.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, or other professional networking opportunities to establish and grow connections within the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. Face-to-face sales experience is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Arabic & Hindi languages are an advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing quotas.
  • Ability to confidently prospect and qualify new leads.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales technology tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle objections and find solutions that align with client needs.
  • Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude throughout the sales process.
  • This role reports to a UAE and Sydney-based Australian executive team.
