Our client is a top-tier Integrated Logistics provider renowned for its global leadership in the logistics sector. They seek a highly experienced Integrated CRM Senior Manager with Microsoft Dynamics experince in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical and functional aspects of CRM integration projects, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancements within CRM systems.
  • Assess existing Commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and CRM practices across business units.
  • Improve SOPs aligned with international benchmarks for an integrated approach.
  • Implement new SOPs across commercial functions, integrating them into operations.
  • Manage and lead the migration process from one CRM platform to another for specified units.
  • Collaborate in designing the future CRM organizational structure, identifying necessary resources.
  • Provide technical and functional training to CRM users within the organization.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on implementing CRM best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analysis.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure CRM solutions meet diverse operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • 10+ years experience, demonstrate expertise in CRM systems implementation and optimization, ideally within relevant industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics focused on managing and optimizing CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of international logistics practices, standards, and CRM solutions, leveraging them to enhance business operations.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve SOPs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership capabilities.
