Our client is a top-tier Integrated Logistics provider renowned for its global leadership in the logistics sector. They seek a highly experienced Integrated CRM Senior Manager with Microsoft Dynamics experince in Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical and functional aspects of CRM integration projects, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancements within CRM systems.
- Assess existing Commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and CRM practices across business units.
- Improve SOPs aligned with international benchmarks for an integrated approach.
- Implement new SOPs across commercial functions, integrating them into operations.
- Manage and lead the migration process from one CRM platform to another for specified units.
- Collaborate in designing the future CRM organizational structure, identifying necessary resources.
- Provide technical and functional training to CRM users within the organization.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on implementing CRM best practices.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analysis.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure CRM solutions meet diverse operational needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience, demonstrate expertise in CRM systems implementation and optimization, ideally within relevant industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics focused on managing and optimizing CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of international logistics practices, standards, and CRM solutions, leveraging them to enhance business operations.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve SOPs.
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership capabilities.
