Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct varied research tasks as requested, providing clear, concise, and actionable information to support decision-making.
*Analyze and summarize data from multiple sources to offer insights and recommendations.
*Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
*Manage and organize personal and professional documents, ensuring timely access to needed information.
*Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, handling all logistics and ensuring no conflicts.
*Handle communications on behalf of the executive, including managing emails and other correspondence.
*Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, often involving complex tasks and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
*Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency in personal and professional tasks.
*Oversee the completion of high-priority tasks, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a focus on working with US clients.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and manage time effectively across various tasks.
*Strong ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly and concisely.
*Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
*Proficient in using Google Workspace, email management tools, and other online collaboration platforms.
*Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions with minimal guidance.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
*Experience with financial tasks
*Familiarity with legal and trust-related matters in the US, particularly in Florida.
*Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive and act independently.
