Job Title: Travel Dental Assistant

Role Overview

• Work one on one with our DDS
• Set up and sterilize treatment rooms
• Help patients feel comfortable - educate them about their dental health needs and treatment options
• Review patient health histories and concerns
• Assist dentist with all procedures; anticipate needs and provide needed tools
• Help with sterilization of instruments
• Ensure proper treatment notes are recorded in the patient chart
• Notify the office manager of performed treatment and needed follow-ups
• Securely store and handle patient records in compliance with HIPAA

Role Responsibilities

• A Minnesota dental assisting license is required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to learn on the job
