Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Supply Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling to long-term care facilities, durable medical equipment (DME) providers, and assisted living communities. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree, strong sales and marketing experience within the designated area, and a passion for providing high-quality medical supplies. This position requires a current drivers license and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with long-term care facilities, DME providers, and assisted living communities.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities within the designated area.
- Present and demonstrate medical supplies to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the benefits and usage.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for increasing market share.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales and marketing experience within the medical supply industry, specifically with long-term care, DME, and assisted living markets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Current drivers license and a clean driving record are required.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
