Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Supply Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling to long-term care facilities, durable medical equipment (DME) providers, and assisted living communities. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree, strong sales and marketing experience within the designated area, and a passion for providing high-quality medical supplies. This position requires a current drivers license and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with long-term care facilities, DME providers, and assisted living communities.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities within the designated area.
  • Present and demonstrate medical supplies to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the benefits and usage.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for increasing market share.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience within the medical supply industry, specifically with long-term care, DME, and assisted living markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Current drivers license and a clean driving record are required.
