Job Overview:

This is a full or part-time 1099 position with an outstanding commission structure.  The earning potential is untapped.  You'll have the ability to create your own hours, and work from the comfort of your own home. We prefer candidates who are located within 30 miles of Wilson, NC, but are open to remote candidates who are willing to travel occasionally for client meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

- Cold call clients to discuss our services and how we can partner with them to help with their hiring. Source and recruit top talent for our clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for partnership and growth

- Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential clients and business opportunities

-  Create effective strategies for business development and client acquisition

- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for assigned clients

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and business development strategies

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in business development, preferably in the recruiting industry

- Strong understanding of recruitment and business development processes and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs and market trends

- High level of professionalism and integrity
