13 weeek Contract - Opportunity to extend

2-positions needed IPR (inpatient rehab) Prior inpatient rehab is preferred Will complete a transfer training class 8-hours Schedule 
1-person @ Night shift 7pm 730am 
1-person @ Day shift 7am 730pm

3-days a week, 12-hour

What you will be doing:

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
  
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
  
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

• IPR (inpatient rehab)
  
• Prior inpatient rehab is preferred
