Salary: $14-$15.50 per hour

LM2 Resource Solutions is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our clients team in Kinston, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the warehouse, including forklift operation, order selecting, and general warehouse duties. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklift to move and organize materials within the warehouse

- Accurately select and pack orders for shipment

- Load and unload trucks using forklift and other equipment

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required.
