Position: Customer Service Representative - Medical
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding medical products, and services.
- Process orders and payments.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to handle heavy call volume.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
