Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the company's client base
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and achieve company goals
- Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
