About the role

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Building good and solid relationship with existing key accounts.
  • Exploring new business opportunities by cold callings or any other tactics.
  • Maintaining and promoting the business reputation of LLS Labour/Perm Hire.
  • Managing all client activities such as sales pipelines, sales proposals and calls.
  • Conducting the tender process and contractual negotiations. About you
  • Experience in a Business Development or Sale Representative role.
  • A proven track record as a High Achiever and hitting KPIs in Business Development for Labour Hire Sector.
  • Blue Collar trades experience within either Civil, Infrastructure, Meat processing or Agriculture Sectors would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
  • Positive customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
