What you’ll be doing (Fun stuff)

• Development and maintenance of our Public website using our CMS (Webflow)
• Manage and be responsible for all updates to the website, including other ad hoc web development projects
• Revamp website/develop new web pages to support business growth;
• Carry out A/B testing, bug fixing and optimisations in order to look for ways to improve the user experience .
• Conduct responsive web design with a mobile first approach
• Work closely with Product, Design, Marketing teams on new campaign landing pages, product prototyping and other initiatives
• Design and implementation of business requirements
• Work closely with Tech/Analytics team on writing custom scripts to extend the functionality of the website
• Work closely with the SEO Specialist to implement/execute SEO strategies
• Manage the websites sitemap and url structure
• Manage the website Information Architecture
• Drive the creation of digital assets for the business and its products
• Work on style guides, brand guidelines and Serai’s corporate identity
• Lead the creative direction for digital advertising campaigns across different platforms
• Work closely with our products team to ensure all branding and digital assets are consistent and inline with the brand guidelines
  

What you’ll need to be successful (Cool stuff)

• Tertiary Education in Web Design, Computer Science or related discipline
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in web development
• Solid experience building websites with Webflow and using the CMS
• Good understanding of UI/UX
• Experience with Webflow interactions
• Familiar with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Adobe Suite & Figma
• Knowledge and experience in SEO is very beneficial
• Familiar with UTM tracking code installation (eg. GA, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and keep up with new technologies;
• Self-motivated, innovative, good team player, detail-minded and work well under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• The ability to think creatively and deliver clever creative solutions
• Have in-depth digital design capabilities and experience
• Portfolio will be required at interview
