As the key market for growth, we are looking for Marketing Manager to support our clients in Asian overseas sub-regions.Essential Functions: Contribute and co-develop annual business plans for Asian overseas working closely with the business unit leadership, key sales and finance peers. Drive the development of strategic brand positioning, brand identities and properties for Asian overseas market. Influence a very clear and actionable product roadmap and innovation path to accelerate Asian overseas unit sales commensurate with ambitious capacity expansion plans. Lead the development of commercial initiatives to harden the delivery of annual business plans and strategic marketing plans for Asian overseas unit and selective global business units. Standardize, expand and deploy signature customer and consumer marketing communication/promotional programs regionally and globally to share best practices and build brand trust and equities with B2B key influencers. Champion mix and price optimization in an effort to ensure revenue growth management is fully maximized. Continue to refine and align the development of strategic brand positioning, strong product narratives, brand identities and properties for Asian overseas unit and its portfolio of private label and/or consumer directed brands. Co-champion the development of industry leading customer relationship management, customer marketing and business solution programs for Asian overseas units lead business units. Establish and manage principle external marketing agency relationships to support development and implementation of customer and consumer marketing platforms. Leading and coaching a highly committed and diverse team consisting of five main functions: product management, market and business intelligence, customer marketing, communications and sponsorship and events. Work closely with key cross functional stakeholders to align on key short term and long-term plan deliverables. Prioritize, develop, field and report insights from market segment measurement, usage and attitude studies. Leverage market and brand insights to build compelling category management programs for key accounts.Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated category management and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships and credibility with top tier customers. Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and action. Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a diverse, fully capable marketing team and instilling marketing capability across an enterprise. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills: including negotiation and conflict resolution. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs and trends and pivot quickly as priorities change. Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive working cross functionally. Team leadership skills that positively impact both strategic, tactical finance and administration initiatives. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management.Preferred Education and Experience: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, or equivalent number of years of experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role. Minimum 10 years B2B and B2C experience in a 4ps marketing leadership -ideally within an world's famous tire enterprises (such as Cheng Shin Tire/ Maxxis, Giti tire , etc). Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing and commercial leadership priorities to advance an organizations mission and goals. A strong P&L, analytical and numeric acumen.
