Zwilling Vietnam is a subsidiary of the Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG, Solingen, Germany, and its key activity in Vietnam and the S.E.A. region is to continuously supervise the product quality of merchandises made by our sub-suppliers throughout Vietnam based on the quality standards of the Zwilling Group.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are someone that have passion for building great teams and culture.

  • You have Proven record of senior management experience in a fast-growing retail &

    wholesale brand in FMCG.

  • You have rich broad functional experience in retail industry across omni channels; or

    digital sales the specific brand you are operating.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Under the leading of GM Asia Pacific, responsibility for the operation and management of the subsidiary in Vietnam and develop Vietnam domestic trading business.

  • Implementation of company growth strategy, formulating and executing short and long term plans of Vietnam according to the requirements of Asia Pacific HQ.

  • Maintain the existing market opportunities and develop new businesses.
  • Responsible for online & offline sales and service growth, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and company goals & objectives. Monitor the sound development of various business indicators of Vietnam.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and concluding contracts
  • Responsible for brand building in Vietnam, good exposure in digital marketing.
  • To verify and optimize the management system of Vietnam.
  • Maintain good cooperation with service teams.
  • Optimize the company's human resource allocation, continuously improve the company's overall organizational capabilities, and creating a hard-working, highly collaborative passionate corporate culture
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
    • Bachelors degree or above from Tier 1 university. Oversea Top university or working experience is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years online and offline sales management working experience in large foreign consumer goods enterprises, good exposure in digital marketing.
    • Quick response and strong strategic executions ability.
    • Excellent communications and corporation skill.
    • Solid experience in managing team.
    • Can work under great pressure.
    • Strong stability and loyalty, honesty and integrity.
    • Strong command (both written and oral) in English and Vietnamese. Chinese skill will be a plus.
