RICKERMANN VIETNAM CO,. LTD is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join the Rieckermann

Vietnam https://rieckermann.com/ team and work with fellow team members from all over the

world. Senior Sales Executive will develop projects in partnership with Rieckermann customers and

provide professional, tailored services, with projects delivered safely, on time, effectively, and

efficiently.

WHO YOU ARE

You are someone that challenges the status quo and has the experience and drive to ensure

comprehensive market coverage and growth of the business. The Senior Sales Executive supports

Rieckermann Vietnam to present, promote and sell process equipment, process plants and industrial

solutions in the OILG segments of Surfactants & Detergents, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Refinery and

Natural Gas Industries. By this activity, the Senior Sales Executive will actively support the Companys

growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Target: Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for OILG Industry segments

as mentioned to existing and prospective customers.

Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers

Conduct presentations and demos, proof of concepts and any other related

demonstrations as relevant to sales.

Perform analyses of existing and potential customers needs and offer solutions


Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with companys

standards, rules and regulations or as directed.

Achieve sales targets on a yearly and quarterly basis.

Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments e.g.

Technical Services, Engineering Operations and sales colleagues from other

departments, in order to be able to offer solutions that fulfill the customers

needs

Regular update of CRM system.

Calculate client quotations.

Market Strategies & Business Development: Plan and execute marketing strategies to reach various

demographics of customers.

Analyze the territory/markets potential and identify potential customers

Supply management with information on customer needs, problems, interests

and competitive activities

Keep yourself constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends and best

practices.

Support continuous improvement by pro-actively providing new ideas.

Customer relationship: Develop, establish and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers.

Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus

on meeting their needs.

Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions which

consistently will result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and

increased sales.

Find solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Chemical

or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 10 years working experience in sales and/or in project/process

equipment business in Petrochemicals, Refinery and Gas Processing

Industries.

Proven track record and network in above mentioned industry as well as

among state owned and private companies

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Working well under pressure.

Working self-reliantly.

Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility.

Team and disciplined working spirits.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills.

Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.

Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Readiness to travel frequently locally and overseas.
