- You have a good product knowledge on lubricants or chemicals.
- You have proven record of working experience in logistics/supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage making purchasing plan. Arrange to import product from oversea or produce locally. Manage logistic team and assist Commercial team on contractual and forecast planning coordination issues;
- Manage international freight and shipping. Manage customs and clearances procedure. Ensure that all documentation necessary for customs and clearing procedures has been properly forwarded;
- Manage daily inventory, enter contracts and product movements in SAP. Execute additional administrative task related to logistic issue;
- Updated monthly report forecast timely and correctly, control level of stock. Insert purchasing order. Perform all reports required;
- Liaise and coordinate deliveries from warehouse for domestic sales; Process and handling invoices from suppliers for products and services;
- Process orders from sales and distributors, prepare delivery and complete the deliver plan. Implement logistic arrangement with the customers. Handle with customers complains;
- Operate and maintain a cost efficient logistics management system, individuating, if necessary, alternative solutions and/or suppliers;
- Manage local product sourcing, individuating and making contracts with local blenders, additive and base oils suppliers, packaging manufactures;
- Maintaining contact with related departments of holding company and group company, in line with all company procedures;
- Other tasks as assigned by GM.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 8 years of experience in sourcing/supply chain/logistics functions from lubricants/chemical business
- Strong understanding of Procurement and Logistic industry standards
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Understanding of supply chain operations in other APAC regions will be a plus
- High level of professional ethics and self-disciplinary
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
