Job Responsibilities

  • To achieve all the sales, marketing & aftermarket objectives by Heavy Equpment Manufacturer & maintain good connection with the major accounts within the region.
  • To guide, work-with & support dealers, base on customer requirements.
  • To develop, train & work with new distribution channels (Dealers, sub-dealers and or freelance agents within the assigned territory).
  • To closely coordinate & perform all other task assigned by sales director.
  • Identify market challenges and monitor competitor activities.
  • Work and strategize with our distributor, sub dealer & freelance agents to extend market coverage and expand customer base.
  • To take over interim functions and projects to ensure the overall development of the regional business.
  • To identify, promote & develop new market for our large size machines.
  • To develop strong connection within the banking & financial leasing sectors in aid of our clients who would potentially require their services.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective key accounts and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • To assure a proper sales and P&L planning for all defined product segments, adequate market pricing.
  • To submit annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities for the Sales Dept. To schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Financial leasing implementation & risk control program conceptualization.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Language skill: Fluent communication in Chinese or English
  • 5-10 year(s) of combined experience specializing in sales of excavator、loader、heavy equipment 、heavy truck or similar products.
  • Results driven and possess initiative to organize work independently.
  • Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills.
  • There are many customer relationships in construction machinery, such as excavators, wheel loaders, rollers, trucks, construction, mining, industrial .
