HR Director, Europe
Report to: Global HR Head
Location: Germany(汉诺威/德累斯顿), or Netherlands(Nijmegen), or Belgium(Leuven)
Responsibility:
1.Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to key stakeholders across European region.
2.In charge of all spectrum HR affairs & management, develop HR framework and workflows to ensure smooth daily operation.
3.Formulate local pay philosophy, structures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive compensation for attracting and retaining good people
4.Develop, implement and administer an effective performance management mechanism
5.Motivate and coach managers and employees to maintain high levels of engagement in the organization
6.Leading the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services
7.Active collaborate with HR team in China Headquarter to support business expanding in Europe on project basis.
Qualification:
Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation & practice.
Solid experience in HRBP support, payroll, benefit, recruiting and immigration management in multiple counties across Europe
Proven strong leadership and influence skill, expertize in handling employment issues
Demonstrated ability to develop partnership across teams, organizations and various levels of management
Affinity with high tech industry and organizations, good intercultural awareness with MNC background is preferable
Bachelor degree and above, with over 10 years in general HR experience
Can speak Chinese.
