Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor's degree in HR or relate field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience as a HR practitioner such as Employee Relation, Learning & Development, generalist in HR and Communications.
  • Fully competent in using MS Office suite of application.
  • Positive mindset with the ability to interact well with all levels.
  • Good team player with excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, IATF16949, and etc.
  • Initiatives/ creative thinking.
  • Positive attitude, honest, service-minded, flexibility, enthusiasm and personal mastery.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Thai.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute in house employee communication programs and employee events through building strategic channels and platforms, such as newsletters, in-house publication and surveys, and etc.
  • Implement and publicize all employee functions and celebrations including Town Hall, skip level meetings, open forums, and award ceremonies.
  • Support HR Operation Manager on related to employee relation matters (ensuring problems are dealt with speedily and at the lowest possible level, in accordance with laid down policies), including discipline, capacity, grievance, absence control, redundancy, appraisal, harassment, and etc.
  • Support on conduct exit interview, and responsible for the process of MAT, RIF, etc., in line with company and government regulations.
  • Champion plant employee engagement to support growth and development of employees.
  • Coordinate TE global/ BU/ region employee engagement programs to make sure the survey being implemented smoothly.
  • Drive actions to improve employee engagement such town hall, canteen, benefit and welfare, team building.
  • Support Manager HR Solutions to build & maintain all training, learning, and development policies and procedure and providing guidance and interpretation to employees and stakeholders.
  • Support Manager HR Solutions to drive and implement an efficiency training administration system, goal, policy, process to support business and people development objectives.
  • Ensure all of training agreement well management, and under compliance requirement.
  • Work closely with department manager for training needs analysis at all levels and provide professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Develop, formulate and provide high quality, cost-effective programs both in-house and external to meet the training & development needs.
  • Ensure all employees have an effective orientation and appropriate assimilation.
