Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning of human resources management, establishing and improving human resources management system and human resources management system;
• Responsible for organizing and formulating the annual personnel recruitment and allocation plan, and strictly supervising the executive personnel recruitment management;
• Responsible for organizing and formulating annual personnel training and development plans, establishing and improving personnel promotion channels;
• Responsible for organizing and formulating competitive salary, welfare and performance policies for personnel, and supervising the cost control of salary and welfare expenses;
• Responsible for formulating and improving the employee relationship management system of the company, maintaining employee relationship and creating a good and harmonious working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Professional knowledge Proficient in human resources, safety engineering, knowledge of psychology, law, etc.
• Fluent in Chinese
