RedFOX Labs is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our expanding team. This is a virtual work from position with preference given to Southeast Asian based candidates due to working hours but is open to all great candidates.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Cybersecurity Manager able to come into an exciting fast growing startup company to work hard with us and make something truly special.

You are responsible for the cybersecurity program and related enterprise risk management for RedFOX Labs and affiliated ventures, with focus on traditional and blockchain related threats.

  • Manages all phases of the cybersecurity lifecycle for enterprise operations, including software development, deployed products, and social media.
  • Advises Sys Ops Manager and leadership of risks, providing assessment, and review of industry-relevant CSI.
  • Keeps up with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and risk management best practices, particularly in the blockchain/DeFi/crypto space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Governance, Strategy, Guidance
    • Develops, rolls-out and enforces company operational security guidelines and policies among staff, contractors, and partners for access, intellectual property, etc.
    • Manages software development security best practice guidelines and process, both for code implementation (Smart Contracts) and DevSecOps environment.
    • Handle risk identification, risk assessments, and risk reporting as part of a larger enterprise risk management (ERM) system for Sys Ops Manager.
  • Testing and Assessment
    • Defines, manages, and guides internal teams/vendors in specialized testing/audit services including:
      • Product PEN testing
      • Red Team assessment
      • Targeted code reviews
      • Routine Smart Contract testing
      • Internal security audits
  • Monitoring and Detection
    • Spearhead an aggressive program for implementing tools and cybersecurity automation.
    • Research, select, and implement open source and licensed SaaS tools for development, automated security testing, service monitoring, automated threat and fraud detection.
  • Incident Response Management
    • Develop response, contingency and corrective plans for security.
    • Coordinate with vendors to support advanced post-mortem, clean-up, review, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity program management, CSI, consulting, or assessment experience.
  • CRISC, CISA, CISM, or RIMS-CRMP certification.
  • Software development, especially DevSecOps experience a big plus.
  • Blockchain experience a big plus.
  • Advanced research, writing, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate to all levels of the organization.
