About the job Head of Sales (FMCG) - Vertical Market
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Vietnam.
2. Develop, nurture and curate a go-to-market strategy on identified industry segments for Vietnam.
3. Maintain qualified pipeline of opportunities to hit targeted growth.
4. Establish long-term executive partnerships with key customers and prospects in Vietnam.
5. Lead, support, challenge and monitor the performance of the sales team.
6. Track, measure, and report progress and performance to the management.
7. Accountable for the delivery of strong and consistent leadership, common direction, strategy and team objectives to enable effective team sales delivery.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Job requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
* 10 years in similar industry and of which 5 years in leadership role.
* In depth knowledge on identified industries ( VM) on Logistics and related activities such as warehousing, transport/distribution and customs clearing operations.
* Rich experience in sales leadership roles with a network of senior decision-makers within industry leaders in Vietnam
* Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, manage portfolios and teams, driving self and team towards aggressive growth targets, and able to influence decision-makers across client organizations
* Proficient English and Vietnam communication skills
* High-energy, results-oriented, creative leadership approach
