Job Title: Sales Representative - automotive and industrial lubricants – North East China or Jiangsu Province
Location: North East China (Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang) or Jiangsu Province, China

Job Description:

  • Develop and sell automotive and industrial lubricants to new and existing customers, distributors, key accounts, and large industrial and automotive clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage potential new distributors and large industrial clients. Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close agreements in line with company policies and commercial strategies.
  • Implement distributor programs with clear objectives, monitor performance, and achieve sales targets.
  • Support and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Organize and participate in technical seminars and training sessions for distributors and customer sales teams. Present product features, technologies, and applications, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs for technical support and services; prepare complete proposals including products and services.
  • Collect market intelligence from customers, distributors, and competitors; maintain accurate databases.
  • Provide industrial distributors with customer insights and process expertise in collaboration with the technical team, ensuring products meet current and future market requirements.
  • Monitor customer payments and credit status according to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • 5–6 years of experience in automotive lubricants business and 1–2 years of experience in industrial lubricants.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • 与技术团队合作,为工业经销商提供客户洞察和工艺支持,确保产品满足当前及未来市场需求
  • 根据公司政策跟进客户付款并监控信用状态

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 5–6年汽车润滑油业务经验,1–2年工业润滑油经验
  • 积极主动,自我驱动,结果导向,能承受工作压力
  • 英语能力者优先
  • 能够经常出差
