Vice President of Sales – Connectivity (USD $250k -$350K)

Our client is a MNC and seeking a dynamic and highly self-motivated Sales VP - Connectivity, who has strong management skills and strategic sense to interface with top-tier customers in US. The candidate will lead a team to expand the current B2B businesses while maintain existing programs from a supply chain perspective. This individual is responsible for a strategic management on sales, including but not limited in sales revenue, profit target, CRM, team management.

Our client’s OEM/Consumer Electronics Industry clients include interface with our top-tier customers in US (GAFAM). Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon ; in respect of ' connectivity products & including RF products & solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to management team and other related functions, and give the guideline on the optimization or improvement of business
  • Manage the use of budgets to build and maintain the team, as well as drive the delivery of sales
  • Coordinates with internal operations team to better allocate the internal resources, or drive the improvement of process to deliver profitable growth
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Participates in corporate succession planning activities, writes and delivers employee reviews, keeps close tabs on employee morale and creates a positive working environment

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above
  • 10+ years working experience in sales in OEM/Consumer Electronics Industry and managing annual sales volumes of around USD multi million and sales team size +100 .
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills;
  • Good command in both written and oral English, ( Chinese Mandarin is a plus but not essential)
  • Be able to travel
