Our new Support Center for Latin America, in Lima, offers 24/7 customer support via chat and email to Spanish-speaking gamers in over 10 Latin American countries. We combine robust processes with intelligent technology to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences to our customers.
We work in an international environment, driven by modern tools such as Zendesk Omnichannel+QA+WFM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Workspace, advanced AI tools for internal support, and collaborative communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 environments, following our best practices.
- Configure and support Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki network devices.
- Support and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching).
- Set up, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux workstations.
- Provide technical support to all colleagues troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions following security policies.
Qualifications & Skills
English in B2 level, both written and spoken.
Minimum 2 years of experience in system and network administration.
Good knowledge of Windows administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Solid understanding of network principles TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN (OpenVPN/IPsec), routing, VLANs, and firewalls.
Practical experience with network installation and equipment setup.
Would be a plus:
Certifications from Microsoft and Network area
- Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and log analysis.
