We are currently looking for a Bilingual IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 environments, following our best practices.
  • Support and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching).
  • User, group, and permission management aligned with security policies
  • Google Workspace management: user, group, and permission setup
  • Configuration and support of Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki devices
  • LAN/WAN maintenance, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, routing, and switching
  • Configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux workstations
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Documentation of incidents, solutions, and inventory
  • Tier 1–2 technical support
  • Provide technical support to all colleagues troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Profile Requirements:

  • Advanced/fluent English
  • 2+ years of experience in system or network administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and GPOs
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft 365
  • Solid understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, firewalls
  • Experience installing and configuring network equipment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and strong service orientation

Would be a plus:

  • Certifications from Microsoft and Network area
  • Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and log analysis.

Position Details:

  • 100% on‑site role in Lima
  • Schedule: 12:00 p.m. – 9:48 p.m.
  • 44 hours per week in rotating shifts, with 2 rotating days off based on planning
  • Full employment benefits from day one
  • Salary range: S/4,000 – S/6,000
  • Food allowance: S/300 per month
  • EPS fully covered (100%)
