Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, incorporating new features and technologies into the overall strategy.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to foster community engagement.
3. Community Management:
- Actively engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster a positive and interactive community by initiating and participating in conversations.
4. Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and credibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Handle and manage all LiveIn Vietnam social media accounts.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
