Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok Metropolitan Area for a Market Expansion Executive. The Market Expansion Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing business opportunities to grow the company's market share and enhance profitability. The Market Expansion Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategies, evaluate partnership opportunities, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

1. Fuel Business Growth:

  • Play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new property market opportunities.

2. Market Insights:

  • Research market trends, identify partners, and provide valuable insights for refining strategies.

3. Deal Evaluation:

  • Analyze property potential, assessing profitability to guide strategic decisions.

4. Relationship Building:

  • Connect with property owners, nurture relationships, and negotiate win-win deals.

5. Results Tracking:

  • Set and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting progress to management.

6. Closing Deals:

  • Skillfully navigate negotiations, presenting compelling reasons for collaboration and sealing agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Strong discipline and proven sales success.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Thai language. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
